Overview

    Laboratory wastewater contains complex contaminants including acid-alkali waste liquid, heavy-metal ions, organic solvents, residual reagents, suspended solids and pathogenic microorganisms. It features unstable water quality & flow rate and poor biodegradability.

    This integrated laboratory wastewater treatment machine adopts combined process of  physical-chemical treatment, advanced oxidation, multi-stage filtration and disinfection. It integrates waste-liquid collection, automatic pH neutralization, heavy-metal capture, flocculation-sedimentation, advanced oxidation, photocatalytic reaction, multi-media adsorption-filtration and sterilization disinfection in one compact unit. Fully-automatic operation.

Working Principle

1. Waste-liquid Collection System
    PE anti-corrosion external collection tank for water-volume & water-quality homogenization. PVC DN40 collecting pipeline collects lab washing wastewater. Pre-installed high-efficiency grille intercepts large-particle impurities to protect pumps and pipelines.

2. Pre-treatment & Lifting Unit
    Ultrasonic linkage liquid-level controller realizes high/low liquid-level automatic control. System auto-starts with incoming water and enters standby mode when no water. Anti-corrosion lifting pump transfers wastewater to main reaction units.

 

 

3. Acid-Alkali Neutralization System
    Online pH sensor (measuring range: 0-14 pH, accuracy ±0.2 pH). PLC controls metering pumps to dose acid/alkali automatically, adjusting wastewater pH to 6-9 to eliminate corrosivity and create favorable conditions for heavy-metal precipitation. Equipped with two sets of 30L PE chemical storage tanks.

4. Advanced Oxidation Decomposition System
    Combination of micro-nano aeration, photocatalysis and electrolytic oxidation. Generates strong-oxidizing hydroxyl radicals to degrade phenols, cyanides and organic solvents; reduces COD, removes chroma and odor, decomposes refractory organic pollutants.

5. Heavy-metal Capture & Flocculation-Sedimentation System
    Automatic dosing of heavy-metal chelating agent, PAC and PAM. Chelate and precipitate heavy-metal ions such as Hg, Cd, Pb, Cr, Ni. Inclined-plate sedimentation tank completes solid-liquid separation. Sludge shall be discharged periodically and disposed as hazardous waste.

6. Deep Purification Filtration Unit
    Organic adsorption filter + multi-media multi-stage filter. Remove fine suspended solids, colloids, residual heavy metals and trace organics.

7. Sterilization & Disinfection Unit
    Combined ozone & UV disinfection to kill bacteria, viruses and pathogenic microbes.

8. Intelligent PLC Control System
    7-inch touch-screen HMI. Supports automatic / manual dual-mode operation. Functions include fault audio-visual alarm, liquid-level interlock, low-reagent alarm, overload, water-shortage & power-failure protection.
