Cutter suction dredger description:

Our factory cutter suction dredger has self-propelled or non self-pRopelled portable cutter suction dredger . Hull adopts dismantled and re-assemble with box structure. Cutter suction dredger are made of swing winch lifting winch cutter ladder spud device deck crane hydraulic control system PLC system etc. Cutter suction dredger are used widely in sand dredging river dredging lake dredging reservoir desilting waterway dredging and port construction etc. All of the component are from the famous brand such as Cumins is standard configuration  in addition we can offer Chinese brand Weichai \Yuchai\Shijiazhuang industrial sand pump factory\Siemens PLC\Rexroth hydraulic brand and other rich configurations. 

The cutter suction dredger consists of a power system, a sand suction system, a hydraulic system, a control system, a piping system, etc. The diesel engine provides power for the sand pump and the hydraulic pump. The generator set provides power for the electrical equipment of the entire dredger. The Siemens PLC system controls all the equipment of the cutter suction dredger. The mixture is transported to the destination using HDPE pipes. 

Detailed Information

  •Cutter Head: The cutter head is one of the most core working parts of the cutter suction dredger. It plays the role of cutting and crushing the mud and rocks on the bottom of the water, mixing the mud and water, and then sucking out the mud-water mixture through the mud pump. It is discharged to the mud unloading site through the suction pipe, mud pump and mud discharge pipe inside the ship, thus completing the dredging operation.

  •Portal Frame: The gantry of a cutter suction dredger plays a critical role in supporting the dredging operation, including the lifting and lowering of the cutter head, providing stability during excavation, suspending and moving the slurry piping, withstanding the forces generated by the cutter and water flow, and serving as a platform for operators to maintain and handle the equipment.

  •Crane: A slewing crane fixed on the deck for loading and unloading cargo. It has a turntable and a pitching boom, and can flexibly rotate and luff. Its boom, lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism and control room are all set on the turntable, with the fixed pillar as the axis, and can simultaneously operate the lifting, luffing and slewing mechanisms for loading and unloading operations.

  •Anchor Boom: Move the traverse anchor forward to meet the requirements of traverse excavation of the reamer.

  •Operating Cabin: The control system of the cutter suction dredger has introduced a number of technologies such as frequency conversion and electronics, and has adopted different selected equipment to achieve efficient operation functions.

  •Spud: Special pencil piles for positioning and shifting dredgers.

  •Output Pipe: Mud discharge pipe refers to the pipe used by dredging machinery such as (cutter suction) dredging vessels to transport mud. It is mostly made of plastic or steel pipes. Common perforated mud discharge pipes.
